Ferris is a highly experienced in-house counsel with over a decade of service (since 2012) at a globally renowned multinational company where she served as General Counsel and Company Secretary. In this capacity, Ferris managed the legal team and oversaw all legal and compliance matters, gaining significant experience in contract drafting and negotiation, corporate compliance, and corporate secretarial matters.

Ferris understands the importance of combining legal expertise with practical business acumen, and her experience working closely with senior management and clients across the globe has honed her ability to deliver pragmatic solutions that align with their business objectives. Ferris is also well-versed in drafting company policies, such as personal data protection policy, gifts and hospitality policy, IT policy, and staff leave policy. She has experience in corporate secretarial matters, including drafting circulars to shareholders for SGX-ST listed companies and other routine corporate secretarial work for both listed and non-listed companies.

Ferris's passion for continuous learning and expanding her legal horizons led her to embark on a new chapter in her career. She recently joined our team as a practice trainee for dispute resolution in December 2022. Ferris's extensive knowledge and experience make her a valuable asset to our team.
